Studies show that men and women currently in their twenties and thirties are staying single longer than in previous generations. It’s increasingly common to hear people talk about feeling stuck in singleness or about wanting to know how to date well as a Christian. Many people are asking questions like: Who should I date? How should I put myself out there without being too desperate? How do I take a risk while trusting God? What do I do with shame from past relationship failures? What about dating apps? We tackled these questions and others like them at our "It's Complicated: Dating & Following Jesus" event.

Below is a teaching from our lead pastor, Josh Kouri, where he contrasts cultural dating with Christian dating and offers a framework for dating well as a Christian, and is followed by a Q&A with Josh Kouri, Bailey Ulrich, and Dillon Byrd.
