Internship

The Frontline Internship exists to develop healthy churchmen and churchwomen who are equipped to live a life on mission. Over the course of eight months, interns are challenged, trained, encouraged, and equipped as they serve alongside leaders within Frontline. We intentionally invest in our interns to deepen their theology, leadership, character, and love for the church.

Internship + Residency BW

Residency

The Frontline Residency is for individuals who want to explore a call to vocational ministry, and have either completed the Frontline Internship or have previous ministry experience. After a thorough interview and assessment process, residents spend 24 months developing the skills and competencies they will need to lead in the local church.
