Internship

The Frontline Internship exists to equip followers of Jesus to live on mission and make disciples wherever God has placed them. During the internship, you will be challenged, trained, encouraged, and equipped as you serve alongside leaders at Frontline. You will grow in your faith, learn to read and understand your Bible, develop deep spiritual friendships, and be equipped for a life of service.

Residency

The Frontline Residency is a two-year, high-level leadership experience for men and women who are serious about answering a call to full-time vocational ministry. During the residency, you will work closely with seasoned leaders, confronting real ministry challenges while being rigorously trained in theology, leadership, and spiritual formation. This is an immersive, transformative season designed to equip you to make a lasting impact in God’s Church.

IS THERE A TIME COMMITMENT?

Yes. Internships and residencies require a regular weekly commitment, which varies by program. Specific schedules will be shared during the application process.

IS IT PAID?

Internships are unpaid, though interns are encouraged to raise support to help cover costs. Residents are trained and equipped to raise their own salary.

ARE THERE FEES?

Yes, there is a program fee to help cover materials, meals, and events. Details will be shared during the application process.

DO I NEED TO BE FRONTLINE MEMBER TO APPLY?

No, you don’t have to be a member to apply, but depending on the program and your role, you may need to work toward becoming a member. We’ll go over any requirements during the application process.

Brandon Laib

In addition to serving as the Internship & Residency Program Director, Brandon is a pastor at Frontline South. He has served in a variety of areas from community ministry to worship ministry. Brandon is passionate about equipping leaders to serve the Church and the cities they live in.
