Return to the Apprentice Training Plan.
Apprentices are potential community group leaders. Whether formally or informally, they are equipped to lead by being gradually given responsibility within the group.
An apprentice helps shoulder the load alongside of and under the direction of their leaders. Depending on their skill and experience, apprentices are the most likely people to lead a future multiplication. Every community group should have an apprentice as soon as possible. Not every apprentice will become a group leader. But the hope is that every apprentice will grow in Christian maturity and deepen their joy in Jesus as they serve and learn alongside their leaders.
The Apprenticeship Training Plan is for anyone who wants to grow in their ability to participate in, engage with, and serve their community group. This certainly includes current and incoming apprentices, but perhaps you are a member of a community group who is merely considering what apprenticeship might look like for you.
Maybe you don’t feel a call to formal community group leadership in this season, but you want to grow in supporting your leaders and your group.
This training plan is for you.
