What is the Internship?
The mission of Frontline’s Internship ministry is to develop leaders for the church and the city. Over nine months, interns will grow through weekly classes, a spiritual formation, relational discipleship, a retreat, and hands-on ministry experience. Each of these, focus on in-depth theological growth, leadership development, character formation, and increased love for the church. Interns learn from and work alongside ministry directors at Frontline congregations and non-profit leaders in Oklahoma City.
The Frontline Internship is both for those who are interested in pursuing a vocation in ministry as well as those who simply desire to grow as leaders and to be a light in the workplace. We want to meet interns in whatever season of life they are in. Previous interns have been recent high school graduates, college students, young professionals, single, married, and parents.
