Lent is a 40-day journey of repentance where we seek to see God and ourselves rightly. We strive to meet with God and turn from those things we set above him. This season begins with a day called Ash Wednesday.

During this day, many Christians around the world place ashes on their forehead as a symbol of repentance. It is a public confession that we have idols and sins that we place above God, and we are turning from those things back to the living God. Regardless of whether you cover yourself in ashes or not, this is a day to humble yourself and set your heart on repentance.

Join us March 2nd at 6:30 at one of our Frontline congregations - Downtown, Edmond, South, Shawnee, or Yukon for our Ash Wednesday service as we prepare our hearts for the season of Lent.
